Ski-O race 1:44:31 intensity: (6 @0) + (20 @1) + (24:32 @2) + (1:16:34 @3) + (2:59 @4) *** 20.37 km (5:08 / km) +442m 4:38 / km

Long course at the Balsams - a skiers course but a lot of fun. Skis were really slow at times, particularly to the first few controls, but then were faster for some other sections.

Lost 2:30 to Aims on the way to the finish up and over was faster than a half-hearted run around on the road.

Middle distance race at the Balsams - great courses, superb trail network.
Skis were so-so, body a little bit less so...

Ski-O race 10:00 intensity: (1:23 @0) + (4:34 @1) + (3 @2) + (2:36 @3) + (1:24 @4) **** 1.69 km (5:55 / km) +1m 5:54 / km

Sprint at the Balsams - Alex was right, some dunderhead really messed up the trail network and map, but had a blast regardless. Did a lot of navigating by where the controls were, that's 2, there's 7, this must be 1.
Cold and windy, but fun to watch everyone out there going around and around.

Guess I forgot my HR strap. Oh well.

Just felt cold - hope I'm not coming down with whatever's been ailing Beth and others who jave been around the house recently.
Looking forward to this weekend.
