Westbury Harriers. 5x Bell Barn 1k loop (with rather undesirable 11m climb at end) - still 100% success rate for guessing these sessions.

Was delegated to lead the fast group but this didn't have to be from the front - just timings. Feeling steadily worse before we started, and thought I would struggle.

First 1 fast as some people didn't appreciate the warm up did loop of effort and wanted to be shown the way. Rest just plodding on as fast as I could and surprised at the consistency.

3:32, 3:50, 3:48, 3:49, 3:44

Again had a nice little group of us, fastest two doing 3:25-3:35, but top group thin overall - 8 - probably due to Weston Prom Race.

Really having to slow down for the corner as you get onto Canford Lane (amongst others) - Mark would have struggled - which kind of made 1 lap into several efforts with no recovery!

Quite pleased with how it went, and that it shouldn't have knackered me for the weekend. Not so pleased with cold, which I think I've had for a while, but coughing much more at the end. Hoping it's only a bit of dust being stuck in my throat rather than anything worse.
