Weirdly very annoyed left Achilles Tuesday It started in the middle of the night, was not good in the morning, and got worse throughout the day. I was limping, and struggling to use the clutch in my car on my drive home from work, as it was really painful to point or flex my foot.

Woke up Wednesday morning, and it was back to a tiny niggle, and then perfectly fine by mid morning. Still fine Wednesday evening.

Very strange.

Yeah, so I should have skipped 9. But I would have got tired anyway. By far the longest I have run (and run was a bit of a stretch on some legs) in ages.

So fun, though. Thanks to Rochester folks for a great event. Two days of really lovely woods.
