Had to guess at the time. I stopped it by mistake at one control, didn't notice until the next control. I've add about 8 minutes to what my watch said, based on Bridget's split for that leg.

It was actually probably closer to 88 minutes, but as I'm estimating on the results, I wanted to estimate higher to be fair.

Pilates. It worked legs and core fairly well, but I liked the one I did earlier in the week better.

Fairly easy with some mild efforts (2 min on, 2 min easy).
