orienteering (walking/coaching) 30:00 [1]

With Bridget on the beginner line-O. It was great training for her when she had to leave the paths! She is beginning to understand the contours a bit more. Still not confident about it though!
10 AM

orienteering 40:00 [3]

A bit of line-O (checking on Ethan, who was fine), then most of the second course, which was a lot of short legs designed to be done fast with a partner. I didn't have a partner, but met up with Alex part way around and we were together for a while, which definitely made me push more. I also focused better when we were together, when I peeled off (had to get back so that E and A could go to a Red Sox game!) I made an error. Ah well, at least I got a bit of a run in.

Swimming 20:00 [2]

Casual swim, with Bridget doing some laps also.

Aquajogging 20:00 [2]

Definitely felt it in my legs. Jogged around while Bridget practiced diving, somersaulting and such-like.

Cardio - other warm up/down (treadmill walking) 8:00 [1]
shoes: Saucony pink

running (treadmill) 38:00 [3]

Felt not-so-good. Hip hurt while running, which is a progression I was hoping to avoid. Foam roller after.
