Cardio - other warm up/down (walking) 18:00 [1]
Had a covid exposure scare last week, and a heat wave. I could have (should have) run outside anyway, but somehow I felt like I needed to stay in my little-tiny room. Did something one or two days earlier last week that I forgot to log, though, and went for a walk one day.
Still, finally feeling less stressed (6 days post exposure and still negative). Enjoyed running.
