orienteering race 27:45 [4]
A bit tentative physically (though pretty smooth on the navigation). Only a total of maybe 2 or 2.5 minutes lost, and not all at once. But my back has been bad for a couple of weeks, and I felt very cautious with my movement, any bending or ducking, foot placement, downhills ... just worried that one wrong move could send it into spasm again. But it didn't happen, phew!
