Despite the discomfort, aches and pains from yesterday made movement necessary. I was due back at Thorney Island anyway.

Orienteering again! After 18 months off. Not too bad in the circumstances, but I had help finding some of the trickier controls. Back was dodgy, of course, but I ignored it and tried to run where I could. As ever, some of the vegetation and gradients were discouraging, but it was good, on the whole, to be back. GPS stats show 7.1km and 265 metres of climb.
