Via Slaugham and Freechase Hill. Would like to have jogged the whole way, but back/shoulder counselled against. The route was too nice to rush, besides.

Bit of a risk, jogging again, so took a small precautionary ibuprofen. Shorter but hillier and with some really lovely woodland stretches. Towards Warninglid and then Crabtree. Felt good enough, especially on downhills, to shave a few more minutes off the time allowed.
