Very wet. Very windy. Was a bit surprised how good my legs felt ploughing through the puddles, but right ankle was a worry after about 45 mins, and I had taken an ibuprofen. Concentration needed throughout. Almost every leg a 'left or right' route choice challenge. Got a bit puzzled into and out of 23 but don't think I lost more than a minute or so. Great map, great course, great organisation.
