Thought (hoped?) a bit of orienteering rehab would help all the aches and niggles. Sadly no. Felt uncomfortable from the start and throughout and after. Chest was tight the whole time too. Leg 2 was the across the Dyke/round option and I went round, which was probably right. Couldn't find the flag or the pit though (2 mins?). Control 3 was well hidden too, even though I was in the right place. Went safe for 4 but overshot - a lot. 5 was the big down-and-up leg. And 6 took me round the top of the Dyke again. It was straightforward after that, but 9 was much lower down than the map suggested at first (and behind an unmapped thicket). Probably binned about 10 mins in total. GPS stats suggest 8.5km and 280m climb.
