Logged as training because this was a genuine attempt to deal with my ongoing lower back trouble and rehabilitate. Along the canal to the Marina, then back besides Harbour through Dell Quay, and a Bosham loop to Church Farm and Fishbourne to finish. Felt alright until the fatigue arrived at about 10 miles.

Parked at East Grinstead then got the 400 bus to Gatwick and walked the SBP back through Copthorne, Crawley Down and EG. Back and legs both uncomfortable but glad to be doing something.

Have had to take it easy for a bit post eye op, but really wanted to see how back and hips responded to some effort following all the rest. Train to Pulborough then back via Waltham Brooks and Watersfield, Bignorpark Farm, Bignor, Glatting Farm, SDW to Littleton Down, turn left to High Down and East Dean, Eastdean Park, Goodwood CP, Trundle, and WS Lit Trail to Chi. Nicely tired by the end, but also some soreness which worries me. Good day though.
