Walking 1:05:00 [2] 5.4 km (12:02 / km)

Revelstoke loop with the detour down to the river with mumsey. No hills on this loop so no leg "cramps". Hip complained a bit but no lasting soreness.
Really want to get back on the skis bit I don't like doing the $$ Nakkertrak loop.

Coleman loop late in the day with mumsey. Legs and groin felt ok.

Mix of S&S with a focus on the upper core.

Morning walk with the guys to the coffee shop and then the Coleman loop later in the day.

S&S with Stu on-line. Mostly extended stretching exercises. Well received.

Brisk walk with mumsey on the Revelstoke loop. Beautiful down by the river, as the water level is very low and we could walk along the exposed banks for a great distance.
