Easy spin watching sports on TV. Energy level very low. Quit early. Hip OK

Good mix of S&S moves in the MU on-line class. Back was very stiff. Was careful not to overwork the left groin. It still complained a bit.

first indoor spin of the season on a cold and icy day. Hip was OK, stamina not so much.

On-line MU Pilates class. Hip felt better.

Cold (1C) but sunny walk along the river to the Carelton U. bridge. Should have carried water and should have stretched more. Hip bugged me a bit later in the walk.
