Hike at Nakkertok to track the new snowshoe trail and to see where the mountain bikers have been riding. Not a lot of MB activity but a lot of ski trail surface improvements.

Long ride with mumsey on a windy day. She was very happy to have her e-bike while I struggled against the wind. Out to Britannia, over to the Chaudiere falls and then back by the trillium trail.

Warm & sunny 9 holes at Metcalfe with Joe. Left hip is starting to complain on a more regular basis. That's the end of the golf season - maybe the soreness was exacerbated by the twisting during the swing? I will keep to more in-line leg exercises through the ski season.
