Good stretching and Pilates class with MU. Felt energized afterwards.
Planned a long bike ride but we have had thunderstorms all day.

Threw in one hour of walking while playing 18 holes with a shared cart. I hook and Geraint slices so we spend a lot of time walking to our ball while the other takes the cart. Lousy back nine - lost several balls in the dense bush.
