Weight training session on MU. Took it easy on any back-specific moves. Upper bodyaction was OK.

Golfing 2:05:00 [1]

Horrible first 5 holes so I changed my swing back to a stiff-armed "punch" that worked a lot better. bogey-par-par-bogey.
