Orienteering 1:30:00 [4]

Physically tough course for me so I took it easy. Stopped 3 or 4 times to let the leg relax. Didn't get into the map until the 4th leg, many rookie mistakes and a few bad route choices. 20 minutes per Km.

Stretch & Strength 40:00 [3]

Weight training class this morning with lots of upper body sets.
Then I spent the rest of the morning taking apart a deck with friends. Shoulders and arms are shot!

Gentle stretching with the MU online class. Back felt better afterwards.

First 9 holes of the year in cool but sunny weather. One par, one bogey, and 4 lost balls in the water hazards. Fun to get out with the guys.
