Orienteering 1:07:00 [4]

Started too fast so the leg started aching by the time I found #2. Dropped my SI when I changed clothes at #3 and didn't discover it until I got to #4.
By the time I got to #9, a little more than halfway, my leg was aching up to my thigh so I cut my losses and headed to the finish.
Met up with a lot of old friends I haven't seen since last summer so the socializing was nice even if the orienteering was sketchy.

Had to stop mapping after only an hour. Hands were freezing.

Weight training class. Took it easy with the back-related moves. Felt more confident with the upper body reps. Will feel it for the rest of the day.

Sunny but cool walk with mumsey to the pharmacy.

Relatively easy S&S mix. Back is stiff every morning this week. Gardening must have something to do with that.

Walk with the guys to Tim’s for coffee and donuts. Need to walk further to work off the donut!

Rigorous workout for a sleepy Monday morning. Maybe I should have stayed in bed longer but it was the first really bright sun shiny day in a while.
I want to go mapping but the garden cleanup calls!
