Was hoping my pace was better than this but at least I didn’t have to stop to let the leg relax.

Crazy - the MU on-line workout was hacked with 5 minutes to go. Some jerks decided to override the audio with disgusting rap crap that you couldn't shut down unless you backed right out of Facebook.
Otherwise a good stretch session with lots of leg strength exercises.

Tough class with 3 different strength circuits. Ok for all of them except the leg extended crunchies. Barfola!

Cold (windy) walk over to the Hog's Back pharmacy for odds and ends.

Another beautiful ski with Lynn and Brian at Nakkertok. Took them on all the trails they have not tried including Avenue Charette which was beautiful in the bright sunshine along the hydro right of way.
