Tough class this morning. Abs took a beating!

First really nice ski this season up at Nakkertok. Took Brian and Lynn around the south loops. Good conditions and good weather.

Really bad sleep last night. Stomach ache kept me up for several hours.

Tough class with new moves repeated 15-20 times. Sort of static mini-circuits. Not my favorite agenda - I like to move around, gettoff the floor.

Walking 56:00 [2] 5.1 km (10:59 / km)

Revelstoke loop with mumsey on the snowy roads. Not a opportunity to try for a faster time on this circuit where I would like of get down to 10 min/Km.

Brisk walk on the outer Coleman loop in the light snow shower. Footing was a bit sloppy. Lots of other people out walking too.

Moderately easy online class except for the lower back stretches.

Lower body focus with almost too much for my old abs to enjoy. Monday mornings are always the most difficult.

Short walk with mumsey on the Coleman loop. Lots of yakking with the neighbours on the way down Lynhurst.
