Good spin watching football. Sound have found an excuse to get outdoors though.

Good all body stretch class. Lower back still very tight.

Good walk with mumsey on the Revelstoke loop. Leg cramp forced me to stop once early in the session.

Tough class this morning. Feeling stiff and sore this afternoon, not sure why. Tried for a long walk but gave up after 15 minutes because both hips and back were aching. Strange.

Nice walk with mumsey on the neighbourhood roads. Missed the online class in the morning so followed up with a good set of stretches.

Tough class this morning. Couldn’t finish the one leg squats. Struggled with the plank too. Never got out for a walk. Will have to do double tomorrow.
