Cycling 1:25:00 [2]

Cool but sunny ride on the canal-river-trillium route. Lots of pedestrians on the shared bike paths so it was a pretty slow ride in places.

Gentle class with lots of stretching and some upper body strength moves with the dynabands.

Pretty strenuous workout, lots of dancing and leaping in the cardio parts.

Updating the north end of the Vincent Massey map. Lots of vegetation changes, o/b areas and amphitheatre removed. What do you do with bulldozer tracks that will disappear next spring?

Easy S&S, felt good after 3 days of hard work at the cottage.

Golfing 2:10:00 [1]

Perfect weather, good buddies, probably my worst game all summer. Every stroke was different from the last. Lost 3 balls, found 8. Back to half swings next time.
