Good set of stretches mixed in with a lot of Pilates based moves. Like a straight leg body roll-up from the floor. Forget it!

Pretty tough workout. Not that much stretching but lots of strength for upper body. Really need that. Has been neglected ever since the pandemic started and the fitness club closed.

Missed a lot of the class while attending the needs of the HVAC maintenance guy. Big change in the weather. Can shut down the AC now. The furnace will come on soon.

Needed an easy class to get me stretched out. The abs work never feels easy though.

Tough class on the legs with 4 cardio intervals. Not really a relaxed way to start the day! Felt a bit sluggish in the afternoon.
