Very hot and windy ride down the Rideau and back through Carleton. Big storms on the horizon - got back just in time.

More strength than stretch in the MU class this morning. I am learning to protect my back when he uses certain exercises.

Had to pull back from some of the stretch moves that aggravated my lower back. Otherwise, a good set of moves.

Great weather, not so hot with a bit of a breeze. Played my best round so far, or should I say my least worst.

Started out relatively cool but by noon it was too hot to be enjoyable. Some very detailed areas where I can’t put everything on the map. All the small marshes are dry - as expected with this hot weather.

Stretch & Strength 45:00 [3]

Strength class with MU. Had to sit out some of the exercises that stressed my lower back. Removed the memory foam from the bed. Seems to help with the back soreness/stiffness issue.
