Tough class this morning. Abs are in shock. Had to wait until they settled down before I considered breakfast.

Nice ride by myself on the canal-Trillium loop. About 22 km. Very hot and humid though. Was feeling pretty wiped out.

Back to the MU class after 3 days of working at the cottage. Really needed the back stretches after yesterday’s golfing. I swing as much in 9 holes as a good golfer does in 18!
