Upper body focus. Right shoulder a bit stiff, back very stiff.
Glad that coach Stu spent more time on the arms.

Short ride down the river pathway just to stretch my legs and get away from the house.

An easy session with mostly stretching. Back was stiff from yesterday's golfing so it was good to stretch out my funky lower back muscles.

First 9 holes in a couple of years. Lots of errant shots but also a few nice ones. Weather was threatening so we had the course almost to ourselves. That was nice so we could retake our errant shots and practice our putting.
