Cool and breezy at Nakkertok so the bugs were no problem. Worked my way along the usable west edge of the areas where we have permission to cross.

Lots of work on the core. Abs are sore.

Down the Rideau and back on the west side. Busy pathway. Stopped to help a fellow fix a flat. My emergency mini-pump finally came in handy.

Focus was on the upper body with lots of dynaband work on the shoulders and arms.

Nice walk in the light rain through the old neighbourhood and back by Otterson. Checked out all the gardens for new ideas.

Relatively easy S&S this morning. The back is still in recovery mode so about 1 hour in the garden this morning was enough.

Movement Union class. Pretty strenuous for a muggy day. Abs are stressed.

Super hot and humid day. Had planned a bike ride but chores got in the way. Also giving my back a rest after the cottage visit.
