Stu, our coach, said it would be a gentle workout. He lied. No impact but lots of hurt in the legs and abs. A couple of steady hours working in the garden too. More to do, but I Stopped before my back complained.
Very tough class focusing on the shoulders but covering all the bits and pieces. This was not a "warm-up to the day" class. Lots of work in the garden so I am pretty tired.
Focus was on the hip area which was good for me for my back and hips. Felt energized afterwards instead of tired. All the ( now reopening) bakery goodies that I have been consuming is lifting my spirits and my weight. : )
