Stationary Bike 45:00 [3]

Good spin watching football at the club. Legs were still stiff from the week of skiing.

Weight Training 15:00 [3]

Tried to set up a XC arm simulator on the tall cable-based pulley machines but the angle wasn’t quite right. Sets of lats pulldowns and chest presses instead.

XC Skiing 45:00 [3]

Sixth day in a row skiing at Silverstar. Had planned to do twice as much but
I ran out of energy. A quick stop for coffee in town turned out to be the end of the plan. The rest of the gang continued on up the mountain.
Glad I stopped and feeling good about what I managed to do this week.
Will try to keep the ski momentum up when I get home.

XC Skiing 50:00 [2]

Beatuful weather, great tracks, and many photo-ops around the village loops.
Had planned a second ski in the afternoon but took it easy. Will ski long tomorrow.

XC Skiing 2:20:00 [2]

Very long ski in mild and soft conditions. Fortunately, it was mostly downhill as we took the gondola to start at the top of Silverstar. By far the longest ski since my hip problems started a few years ago.
It was a grind but I am glad I did it, tanks to the encouragement of my ski buddies.

XC Skiing 56:00 [2]

Beautiful ski to the village for Fika and back to the condo. Tempted to go out again in the afternoon but went for a walk instead. No body bits really complaining but want to increase the effort slowly.
Went to a presentation by the XC ski school on preparing for a Loppet put on by an instructor who has done most of the world loppers. Interesting from a travel perspective but the days of looking forward to 70 Km of skiing with a few thousand friends are long gone. Maybe 20 Km?
