10 minute warmup on the treadmill before the session with the
PT. Leg was already cramping so I stopped early to stretch it out.
Worked on the upper body, with heavier weights than last time so I was worn out at the end. Hot tub and cold shower revived me.
In the afternoon I let the massage therapist work on the calves and shins to the point where I couldn’t stand the pain. He says there are areas that are totally knotted, hence the cramps. I’m going to go every week to see if he can improve the flexibility.
