Nice walk along the boardwalk in the Beaches area of Toronto. Calf was fine.

Long drive to Toronto so I needed a walk. Walked fairly briskly to a restaurant to meet up with the local Thursday night gang.
Calves were fine! Will have to give them a better test tomorrow.

The calves were a lot more relaxed after yesterday’s massage. Ankles were still complaining though. Only stopped for 30 seconds 3 times to stretch and let the leg relax.

10 minute warmup on the treadmill before the session with the
PT. Leg was already cramping so I stopped early to stretch it out.
Worked on the upper body, with heavier weights than last time so I was worn out at the end. Hot tub and cold shower revived me.

In the afternoon I let the massage therapist work on the calves and shins to the point where I couldn’t stand the pain. He says there are areas that are totally knotted, hence the cramps. I’m going to go every week to see if he can improve the flexibility.
