Pleasant weather walk to the post office/pharmacy/grocery store. Some cramping in the leg early and then later in the walk . Needed a few 30 second stops to shake it out.
Been to the golf range/ school 3 times this week trying to straighten out my swing. Golf pro at local indoor school gave me a free 45 minute session on the simulator if I came in before 7 this morning. Very nice, I will book him again this week before the trip to Mexico.
Lots of warmup exercises with resistance bands and then sets of weights or pulleys for the lats, chest, shoulders, etc.

Mostly crawl with a couple of breaststroke lengths that the hip didn’t like.
After a coupe of years of painful swimming it’s a pleasure again. Would like to get up to a 20 minute continuous swim.
Upper body feeling quite tired this afternoon.
