Good spin at the club followed by a fair stretching routine.

Walking 1:03:00 [1]

Pleasant weather walk to the post office/pharmacy/grocery store. Some cramping in the leg early and then later in the walk . Needed a few 30 second stops to shake it out.
Been to the golf range/ school 3 times this week trying to straighten out my swing. Golf pro at local indoor school gave me a free 45 minute session on the simulator if I came in before 7 this morning. Very nice, I will book him again this week before the trip to Mexico.

Lots of warmup exercises with resistance bands and then sets of weights or pulleys for the lats, chest, shoulders, etc.

Swimming 12:00 [2]

Mostly crawl with a couple of breaststroke lengths that the hip didn’t like.
After a coupe of years of painful swimming it’s a pleasure again. Would like to get up to a 20 minute continuous swim.
Upper body feeling quite tired this afternoon.

Arrived a bit late for my appointment but Cody still had time to work me to my limit. Mostly upper body workouts with a session for the hamstrings.

Stationary Bike 45:00 [2]

Touched zone 2 for 10 minutes of the spin. Leg is still crampy but I can push through it. Stretched the quads and lower leg before the swim.

Swimming 12:00 [2]

Slowly getting more comfortable in the pool. Frog kick is still weak but the old flutter is coming back.
