Stationary Bike 53:00 [3]

My first spinning class at the new club. Most intense cardio that I have done in a long while. Had to drop back into the saddle a couple of times instead of standing. Walked for a few minutes afterwards and then a hot tub.
The hip complained a bit when pushing but it's ok - better than after the long walk yesterday.

Walking 1:01:00 [1]

Pleasant weather, just a few showers, for a 5K Revelstoke loop. Stopped a couple of times to stretch the legs to offset the cramping I have been experiencing. Hip was not happy at the end. Stretching seemed to help all the other bits but not the glutes. Going to try a taping before the next walk.

Gym with personal trainer 1:00:00 [2]

After yesterday's massage I felt beat up. Needed a snooze and a good stretch in the shower to get my energy back. Thought about going for a walk but that idea faded away.
No squats at this mornings session! But lots of work on the arms and back.
Many lunges with the dynaband to work the hips. The baddie is humming now.

Gym with personal trainer 1:00:00 [2]

Took it easy with the shoulder stretches but otherwise upped the weight a bit on all the other exercises. Feeling pretty tight across the back right now - think I need a massage to-morrow.
Had one of my least interrupted sleeps last night with the newly taped shoulder.
Dang carbohydrate-soaked foods keep following me around.

Stationary Bike 40:00 [1]

Busy day so I snuck in a spin before dinner. Still feeling stiff after the last 2 days of walking. Sleeping better wearing the k-tape for stability. Range of shoulder movement is very slowly getting better. Fat keeps clinging to my waist. Back to a restricted carb diet.
