Note
Well, I went to the new club (gym) and had a trainer/consultant do an assessment of my physical condition and my training goals for the future.
I need to lose a few pounds and my legs, in particular, need strengthening.
My flexibility is kinda crappy but my posture is ok.
He now knows that I have a hard time keeping to a regimen (long term) to strengthen my hip and the other bits and pieces that need work like my rotator cuff and weak back.
So, in a moment of weakness, or embarrasment, or maybe enlightenment, I signed up for a physical trainer to look after me for 16 weeks, or 32 sessions. With two breaks for holidays in March and April, the sessions will continue into May.
Nothing like a little monetary commitment to put the pressure on completing my conditioning goals!
Stationary Bike 34:00 [1]
That's 34 minutes on the bike with a good stretch afterwards. My first session with the physical trainer is on Monday. With the crappy weather it doesn't look like I will get outdoors until then.
