Finished the south end of VM park - now it finally looks like a sprint map.

Cycling 40:00 [2]

Quick ride along the river to get the heart rate up. Hip was fine. Short strength and stretch afterwards.

Gentle ride downtown along canal. Legs were stiff from yesterday. Adductor was on the verge of quitting towards the end. Took it really easy.
First ride in shorts and t-shirt. ahhhhh!

First ride of the season along the river to the new pedestrian bridge at Somerset. Checked out all the new connectors on the west side of the bridge before heading home.
Pretty pooped. Hip held up ok. Good stretch afterwards.

Exploring the boundaries of Foley Mountain CA with Stefan for the mapping project. Woods are really nice. Very positive response from the superintendent to stage the COCs there next year. She has made all the facilities available to us.
Great fun this evening with the Basics and Beyond adults. All in all a very positive day.
