Walking 55:00 [1]

Brisk walk around Revelstoke loop. Hip was very sore after a lot of bending and stooping while doing the household cleaning. Gotta stop doing that. Advil kicked in halfway around the walk but could not stretch out the hip effectively afterwards. Wish the skiing would start again.

Good spin watching the telly. Good stretch afterwards. Hip is slowly feeling less sore and stiff from the last injection. Skiing is now a bust after a day of rain. Will have to find a long distance substitute.

Walking 50:00 [1]

Not walking - snowshoeing which is a lot harder on the old hip. Tried to follow a newly cut trail at Nakkertok but lost the ribbons after 15 minutes. So I went around to a few areas on the ski trails that I needed to review before I publish the new map. Not very exciting but it was mild and sunny. The ski trails were soft and starting to show bare spots. The rain to-morrow will really make a mess.

Stationary Bike 48:00 [2]

Goofed off yesterday. Coaching meeting, map updates for Nakkertok, and bridge. So a good hard spin with 10 minutes of stretch and light weights.
Blackie and RK blazing in the noise reducing headphones for just about 48 minutes. Need a new amp, I can pick up a lot of hum with the good headphones.
