Short workout through VM Park. Jogged maybe 30% of it. Adductors don't like it but I survived. Good stretch afterwards.

Good spin and stretch. Wanted to get outside but the weather was dreadful.

Pleasant walk around Revelstoke loop. Feeling tired today for no particular reason. So no incentive to do much more. With the bad weather coming will go back to spinning. Miss the music.

Busy with coaching manual, renovation contractors, and feeling like I overdid it a bit yesterday. So I took a day off "training".

Cycling 1:10:00 [2]

First bike ride of the season. Downtown and back. Probably pushed too hard on the way out and had to slow down but overall felt great. Usually can do the loop in around 60 minutes.

walk/run 40:00 [2]

Jogged for about 8 minutes of the session with one Mount Mooney. Adductors complained, glutes complained, but not so much. Leapt an icy puddle and strained my back instead. But not so much. Good stretch afterwards. Will get out on the mountain bike to-morrow.
