Brisk Revelstoke loop before dinner. Finally some spring-like temperatures!

Good long walk up the canal to check out the paths in the Arboretum. Will be passible in the next week so looking forward to some biking.

Brisk Revelstoke loop with Mumsey. Almost felt spring-like. Adductors were a bit sore when I stretched it out a bit.

To Carleton and back. Actually broke out into a jog for a few minutes on the soft and wet grass in the park. Felt like I weighed 200 pounds. But the hip didn't complain so I will continue to build in more jogging.
Travis found lots of knots from my back down to my calves. Felt really beat-up afterwards but I know it's all good in the long run.

Revelstoke loop in bright sunshine but cool and windy. Good stretch and strength afterwards. Been feasting the last couple of days. Afraid to check the scale.

Almost finished all the renos. Short walk and stretch to get some fresh air and flex the back. I want spring now!

Stationary Bike 50:00 [3]

Good spin with the heart rate in Zone 2 for a good while. Will have to be more scientific about this and strap on the HR monitor. Only a short stretch after.
