Extended my brisk walk route to Dow's lake. Short stretch and strength afterwards.
Definitely pushed some boundary as muscles in both hips are stiff. Otherwise, it felt pretty good.
Happy too that I can continue on daily routine of extended (60 minute plus)exercise without excuses about the hip, etc. Also know (and feel) that I am approaching some kind of energy and muscular response boundary that I will have to carefully extend. But spring is here!
