Birthday walk with Mumsey.
Hip woke me up last night. Could it be the extra strenght work or the minimum of stretching yesterday. Or old age!

"Fast" revelstoke loop in nice weather. Good 25 minute stretch and strength afterwards - concentrating on the legs/hips.

Rest day. Motivation was low, weather was cold, and I should have booked a massage.

Brisk walk on Revelstoke loop - 5 Km.
25 minute stretch & strength afterwards.
Morning after - feeling sluggish after a good week of daily exercise. Will take it easy to-day, long ski or snow-shoe tomorrow.

Extended my brisk walk route to Dow's lake. Short stretch and strength afterwards.
Definitely pushed some boundary as muscles in both hips are stiff. Otherwise, it felt pretty good.
Happy too that I can continue on daily routine of extended (60 minute plus)exercise without excuses about the hip, etc. Also know (and feel) that I am approaching some kind of energy and muscular response boundary that I will have to carefully extend. But spring is here!

A long brisk walk up to Riverside and then the Revelstoke loop. Itching to run a bit but I will wait until I can stay on the soft surfaces. Goodbye snow!
