Good spin with the music cranked up. 15 minutes of strength and stretch later. Gonna be a busy week but I have to keep up the daily exercise routine.

Nice walk with Mumsey around the Arbouretum. Beautiful day. Good stretch and strength later in the afternoon.

Good long, brisk hike to Carleton and back. Little stiff in the quads, etc. but otherwise fine. It's starting to look like spring may arrive soon.

Just a brisk walk around Revelstoke in the mild weather. Gotta get back out on the skis before the trails deteriorate.

Good spin with the music blasting on the headphones and captions on the TV news. Time flys when you are having fun. Good stretch afterwards but no time for strength.

Except for a walk to the grocery store, was busy all day with keeping ahead of the contractors working on the drywall upstairs. My office is now in a corner of the TV room and will probably be that way for a couple of weeks. Moved most of the upstairs furniture downstairs - is that training?
