Actually snow shoeing in Meech Valley with John R. to map the SS trails and make some map corrections. Warm (+5) and the rain held off. Was dragging my butt towards the end as I walked along the road instead of the SS trail.
Felt good after a stretch and hot shower.

Beautiful weather (+1) but some icy tracks and lots of debris in the woods.
Started with mumsy from Asticou and stayed on the flats most of the way as our wax was useless in the sun. Lots of double poling. Snowshoes this week-end I think!

Spinning to music! The best way to pass the time. 10 min strength & stretch. Should have gone skiing but will go for a good loop tomorrow before the rains come.

Note

Massage in the morning. Meant to get out for at least a bit of exercise later but never made it. Carbo-reduced diet on-going but weight still won't budge - will have to refine the diet even more.
