XC Skiing 43:00 [3]

Ski-orienteering at Riverfront Park. Lots of new loose snow made for slow going and virtually no classic track. Still, it was lots of fun. Adductors complained at the start but were Ok once I warmed up.

XC Skiing 59:00 [3]

Very nice little ski from the CEGEP. Late in the day so stayed on the flats to be in the sun. Robbie skated. Hip still fine with the classic style. Calves seem to be taking the hardest hit. Nearly cramped up a couple of times. Glide was super. Jennie's prep last week is still working well. Zoom!

Revelstoke loop with mumsy with a detour to Alice's. Very snowy and sloppy underfoot. Lots of smaller leg and butt muscles complaining.

Nice ski at Nakkertok with mumsey and Rob. Still don't have my ski "legs" yet with several off-balance moments. Conditions were great except for the -15C temperature. Weight still the same as post Xmas feasting!

Beautiful conditions at Nakkertok. Easy ski with many social stops to talk or enjoy the scenery. Can't wait to get out again. Back is sore, hip is buzzing, but overall OK.
