Vetting - 1.5 hours, Control pick-up 1.5 hours. Really hot day for the competitors. Many dnf's but otherwise a great event. On my feet from 7:30 to 3:30. Took over 100 photos.

On my feet for over 6 hours vetting, taking photos in the woods, etc. at the middle and sprint events. Really bagged at the end of the day. Should of stretched more but I didn't.

Mostly walking as my energy level was quite low. Hip felt good. Will run twice on week-end.

Lots of upper body work in the garden. Didn't finish until 6:30 so I gave up on the run for a good stretch of my sore back.

Last day of field checking at Lapeche. Beautiful day but the bugs and the leaves are out! Gotta try and get the running legs in shape. The hiking legs are great!
