After 10 days of hiking in the Utah/Nevada canyons I expected that my legs wold be stiff - and they were. I walked and ran the short advanced course at Lac Beauchamp. Sloppy orienteering but no major mistakes. Happy to have just kept moving with no major aches. But now I am stiffer than ever.
