Brisk walk to beach & Mt. Mooney followed by stretch & strength. Hip feels better tonight. Mapping to-morrow.

OK walk-run through park to train bridge. Felt good but tired during run.
Hip flared up later in the evening - don't know why, maybe not enough stretching? Hard to figure out. Weather looks good for mapping this week. Curious to see how I feel after consecutive long days on the maps.

Cycling around Corkstown looking for new areas to add to the map. Nothing but scub and marsh and thick woods. The fence by the old rail line is well maintained so crossing the tracks is a problem too.

Felt good whole walk/run. Didn't push it -short strides. Good stretch - wonder how hip will feel later. Alternate days seems to be the way now to let muscles heal.

Short walk and then stretch & strength. Hip a bit sore but will push the running to-morrow.

Nice walk/run on Revelstoke loop. No hurts until this evening when I started to stiffen up.
