Nice trek along beach and VM park. Felt a few twinges so I took it easy. After a couple of days of virtually no pain, th hip is uncomfortable now if I sit for a while.

Mapping in the Corkstown area. Woods are sooo clean this time of year. Will start a new base map this week-end and head back next week.

Stretch & Strength 30:00 [1]

Good session after mapping. Hip felt good.

Mostly walk in sunny 24C along beach and through Vincent Massey. Felt tired. Hip only complained when I sat down after my stretch.
I think to-morrow will be a day off. Feeling positive about my improving fitness but still apprehensive about pushing too hard.

Nice ride along the river. Hip was stiff getting on the bike but once I got going had no problems. Aching glute afterwards but flexibilty was not bad.

Incredible weather - 26C and first run in shorts about a month earllier than usual. Beach was full of volleyballers and sunbathers. Did one Mt. Mooney.

Travel back from TO feeling quite tired. Nap in afternoon didn't help. Cough returned during night.
