Said hello to many people I haven't seen in a while at the Ski-O. Put on the snowshoes and trekked a loop of the eastern trails. Heavy going, I trust that I didn't stress the new eyes!
Recovering from cataract surgery to both eys. Monday's eye is coming around well. I can read this screen OK without glasses. Right eye is still blurry. Think I will take a walk before the storm hits.
Right eye surgery for cataracts. New distance lens. I was much more relaxed than yesterday knowing the procedure. Taking it easy. Just a bit of stretching.
Weight training, mostly upper body, but also lots of squats with Stu of MU.
Note
Left eye surgery for cataracts. New short distance lens! Everything seems OK but I have to take it easy for a few days. And nothing too strenuous for at least a week.
Easy S&S with MU online. Back still stiff in the morning. Always needs a stretch to loosen up.

Planned a longer walk to the pharmacy but the freezing ran turned me around after slipping and jerking my left hip. Slowed down and the hip calmed down.
Hike to the golden arches with the neighborhood guys for coffee and gossip. Cold and icy sidewalks. Looking forward to getting back on skis but the trail conditions are poor and there is not much snow in sight!
Tough strength class on the legs and hips. Legs were stiff all day. Daily walk never materialized. Still a couple of pounds of Xmas excess to work off.
Was finishing my Revelstoke loop when I met Ger heading out for a walk. So I joined in for another 3 km around the Coleman loop. Lots of golf talk. : )
