The first longish walk after 2 days of over-eating. Feel lie I have gained 5 pounds. The rain from the last couple of days has washed away every trace of snow.

Easy spin watching TV, dreaming of travel adventures in the future. Must have needed the exercise - had more energy after the ride. Digestive track probably was finally catching up to all the food thrown at it.
Good mixed S&S session with the MU on-lime class. Last one until after New Year. Without the skiing, we will have to find other incentives to keep up the fitness.
Great fun - had all the "kids" join in on the MU exercise class with a Zoom call on the side so we could kibitz with each other. Maybe we will do it again for the new year.
Tough class on the abs and glutes. Back felt OK but was very stiff.

Cold but sunny walk down to the beach and over the new bridge to the canal. Thought about going all the way down to Hartwell but I am glad I didn't - pretty stiff by the time I got home.
Good set of active stretches to get me going. Back was bugging me when I got out of bed - after feeling OK when I got in. Still need to do more research on the best mattress/sleep habits.
Just above freezing so the snow was slushy but it didn’t stop a few diehards from skiing in the park. Actually envied them, I haven’t been on skis yet.
It was supposed to be a light workout but Stu really did a number on our hips and glutes. Lower back is always stiff - those are the exercises that I cannot perform completely.
