Mostly walking without snowshoes on the hard-packed trails. Tracked the SS trails to the east of the powerline for an updated and georeferenced SS map. Plus 1 and calm. Very enjoyable.
Still feeling weak. Bit of s sore throat, low energy. Was going to go skiing but backed out Good stretch after the walk. At least there are no muscle aches like a flu.
Good walk except for almost getting run down by an idiot who tried to beat me around the corner at Walkley while I was crossing. I was ready to jump up to roll on his hood instead of him hitting me right in the legs. If the road had been slippery he would have got me.
Stopped twice to stretch the calves - that's better than average.
Quick trip up to the Doldrums on a mild day. Skis were a bit slow but not as slow as my fitness. Stopped for 20 seconds 3 times to catch my breath.
I tried to keep up a good steady pace. Felt fine at the end. IOW, a didn't overdo it.
Reasonably brisk walk of the 5 km revelstoke loop. Stopped twice to stretch out the calf/ankle. Which was less than usual. I hope that means progress but I have been fooled before.
Good spin watching football at the club. Legs were still stiff from the week of skiing.

Tried to set up a XC arm simulator on the tall cable-based pulley machines but the angle wasn’t quite right. Sets of lats pulldowns and chest presses instead.
