Hip very sore from yesterday's mapping. So continued to work on the upper back and pects.

Continue to stay away from the hip. More anterior sets including the abdominals.

Stayed away from the hip which was really sore from the long day of mapping. The shoulder complained a bit when doing any press move.
Massage later with Travis. Spent a lot of time on the back. Felt good.

Reworked a NW corner of the Foley map. Mostly nice woods and the bugs were hiding - bonus. Very tired but the hip held up.

Felt really sore in the hip from yesterday's orienteering so kept the workout in the upper body. Major number of reps on the pull down and pull back machines. Took the time to stretch afterwards instead of heading right home or to the clubs hot tub.

Orienteering 1:14:35 [2]

Limped around the muddy intermediate course with only a couple of hooks near the controls. The slippery trails were really hard on my adductors and I descended every ravine hanging onto trees. It was a cold and wet day but a great turnout to test the updated map. Excellent job on the redrawing by Eric and Randy.

Hard work-out on the upper body. Lots of reps. 4X12 for many of the sets.

A long day at Foley. Was bagged at the 4 hour mark, caught some more updates on the way back to the car.

Pretty easy workout until I got to the lats pull machine. Cody added 10 pounds and I could really feel it. Then a leg press machine that really pushed the limits of the hip. Gonna feel it later!

Mapping 1:30:00 [1]

Mapping with Jennie at Fitzroy harbour. Used the mountain bikes to get from area to area which saved a lot of time.

Worked on the upper back, shoulders, and chest. Introduced a strange new machine for the abs and lower back. Sitting down, you bent your body into a V while hanging on to bars extending over your head.

Stationary Bike 30:00 [2]

Got the heart rate up to 110 for about 20 minutes. Leg was bugging me the whole time. Had to stop once to relax and stretch it out.
